Inside Sales Engineer

Move continues to receive requests from the marketplace to provide our technology and services to companies interested in improving the quality of their video streaming experience.

The focus of the Inside Sales Engineer will be to assist the inside sales team in qualifying and responding to these sales requests, both for business and technical qualification purposes.

The responsibilities of the Inside Sales Engineer include:

  • Make initial review of Web and telephone requests for services and evaluate those requests against a set of qualification characteristics.
  • Respond to service requests, in conjunction with the Move Inside Sales Representative, with the appropriate response based on the sales prospect’s qualifications.
  • Be able to clearly articulate and demonstrate Move’s technology and services platform and value proposition to qualifying prospects.
  • Be able to define and present Move service solutions to qualifying prospects.
  • Assist in preparing RFI/RFP responses when needed.
  • Act as a liaison between Move CSMs and the Inside Sales Representative in moving projects forward with Operations, IT and/or Professional Services.
