Invoicing and Accounts Receivable Specialist

The company is emerging fast and is in need of qualified individuals to support its growth. Move is currently looking for an Invoicing and Accounts Receivable Specialist to add to its Accounting and Finance Team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely monthly invoicing of Move related services
• Review and verify customer reporting statistics
• Manage current customer agreements and review all agreements, new and existing, for billing accuracy
• Coordinate with CFO, Controller, Senior Vice President of Sales, sales team and Client Service Managers in updating previous billings and addressing new customer charges/fees in relation to customer projects
• Reconcile customer equipment at various remote sites including customer facilities
• Track the deployment of equipment for live events and customer projects
• Construct monthly revenue summaries and follow up with customers to collect revenue and resolve billing discrepancies to ensure full payment
• Manage company wireless plans
• Assess current processes and implement cost savings initiatives
• Analyze various internal and external data sources (e.g., Nielson Ratings) and incorporate the information into the forecasting and analysis processes

Job Requirements

• Experience in billing and accounts receivable preferred
• Experience in managing customer relationships a plus
• Detail oriented
• Results driven
• Contributes to a cooperative and collaborative team environment
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work effectively across functions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• A desire to use analytical skills
